We have developed a camera viewing system that does the following -

• Compact magnifying camera for register mark view on each station
• Live display of register mark of each repeat from each station on a 32 widescreen monitor
• No teaching or difficult process needed so any operator can operate easily
• Combined split view image of register marks from all stations, LIVE (each repeat)
• Machine motor controls from same display
• Operator can watch the display and set register of each station at the same time, instead of waiting at the end of the machine to check the register mark manually. This reduces paper wastage, ink wastage and Reduces time needed to set up a job. This also improves accuracy as the small 3mm register mark is magnified to a size of 100mm.
